- Analysis of business performance, including development and leadership of senior monthly business reviews with the BB CEO and CFO and quarterly with the CCB CEO and CFOLead the planning cycle, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and analysis of variances to the plan, and capital stress testingDrive change, efficiencies and process improvement to the P&A and Business Banking Finance & Business Management functionsAd hoc analysis of the business and business drivers. This group is responsible for partnering within the business and across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, central oversight and coordination of firmwide budgeting and forecasting, and strategic program management and execution.
