Location: Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil

The JPM Treasury Services line of business is seeking for new analyst to join to the Brazil TS Client Services team, based in So Paulo. 

The TS Client Services team is responsible to support our clients in the day-to-day needs of the Local/IntL Cash Management Products. Client Services team is focused in providing the best in class services to our clients contributing to increase of the JP Morgan businesses. The main purpose of this position is to act as clients primary point of contact for their day-to-day treasury operations. You will be accountable for a portfolio of key Wholesale Payment clients acting as an escalation contact, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day service support for a portfolio of Multinational Corporate clients, acting as a primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and requests. 

  • Manage client issues and escalations through to resolution, partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and effective outcomes. 

  • Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, understanding client needs and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver service excellence and support client objectives. 

  • Identify service improvement opportunities, analyze client trends and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and the overall client experience. 

  • Support account maintenance activities and ensure client requests are executed in accordance with established procedures and controls. 

  • Educate clients on Treasury Services products, platform capabilities, and relevant regulatory or industry developments. 

  • Maintain a strong risk and control environment by adhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

     

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelors degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Portuguese.
  • Relevant experience or internship in Client Services, Banking, Treasury Services, Cash Management, Payments, Operations, or related areas.
  • Strong client focus with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, organized and team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Treasury Services, cash management products, payment solutions or financial services is preferred.
