- Reach out to clients to pre-affirm deals and fully sign the derivatives legal contractsResolution of disputes for Credit and Interest Rate derivative tradesProactive ownership of problem solving for clients own end-to-end issue resolutionEnsure timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achievedEscalating issues in a timely manner by building a culture of transparency and open, honest & clear communicationCreation of your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with (Counterparties / Front Office / Middle Office / Legal / Drafting), partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficientlyRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Requirements are as per below:
