Full Job Description
Location: Geneve, GE, Switzerland
Become an integral part of our JPMorganChase team! Each day will be unique bring a positive attitude, an entrepreneurial team spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and you will have exposure to several aspects of running banking operations.
As a Working Student in our JPMorganChase Geneva office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19.5 h/week.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with Sales executives to support Sales business in all its aspects
- Manages reporting tasks
- Handles adhoc client requests and sends information materials, including mailings and periodic reporting to clients
- Maintains CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flows
- Prepared product presentations and supports the marketing team in pre-event tasks
- Keeps close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to facilitate a smooth information flow
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree during the entire duration of the program and graduating in October 2028 at the earliest
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similar
- Fluency in German
- Knowledge and interest in banking, finance, and/or investment funds
- Knowledge of coding and/or large language models
