Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Product Expertto join our Insurance Team of Insurance Tribe to lead Auto NARANJA

The responsibility of this team is to deploy insurance products that change how people feel about insurance, with personal, fair and transparent propositions. You willhelp us to develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments.

As a start, you will be leading as Senior Product Expertthe development of Auto Insurance.

Responsible for guaranteeing bank revenue and benefit-cost balance, presenting business cases with benefit tracking after the implementation. Help to stablish pricing strategies for ING Spains insurance products, to create the foundations needed to compete in the current and future market landscape supporting the profitable growth of the bank.

Support specific pricing actions both in business as usual and in promotions decisions to ensure commercial goals maintaining a customer perspective.

Data Fluency: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to garner insights that enhance the decision-making process. Translate ambiguous environment to meaningful indicators and provide the capacity for driving powerful business insights faster.

Stakeholders management: be the representative of ING Spain before the insurer, following up a solid governance, and also Head Office to benefit from other countries best practices.

Customer Experience: Provide the best customer experience by designing, mapping and constantly improving the customer journey performance, leveraging on PACE methodology. Coupled with an end-to-end process view to be able to collect CX insights and data; and translate it into UX and IT landscapes.

Support the adoption of cyber security practices to effectively protect our customers from risks in the digital world.

Assisted channels strategy: you will need to have a permanent touchpoints with call center and branches to train, teach, get feedback and ensure targets are set and achieved

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Senior Product Expert:

Product & Service Strategy: Gestin del ciclo de vida para desarrollar, lanzar y mantener una propuesta de valor atractiva y compliant en el mercado, proporcionando la mejor satisfaccin al/la cliente. Responsable de garantizar ingresos del banco y el equilibrio beneficio-coste, presentando business cases con seguimiento de beneficios tras la implementacin. Fuerte enfoque comercial para asegurar el cumplimiento de los resultados de negocio.
Ayudar a establecer estrategias de pricing para los productos de seguros de ING Espaa, creando las bases necesarias para competir en el entorno de mercado actual y futuro, apoyando el crecimiento rentable del banco.
Apoyar acciones especficas de pricing tanto en business as usual como en decisiones de promociones para asegurar los objetivos comerciales manteniendo una perspectiva de cliente.

Data Fluency: Comprender, definir, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights que mejoren la toma de decisiones. Traducir entornos ambiguos en indicadores significativos y proporcionar capacidad para generar insights de negocio de alto impacto con mayor rapidez.
Stakeholders management: actuar como representante de ING Espaa ante la aseguradora, siguiendo una gobernanza slida, y tambin ante Head Office para beneficiarse de las mejores prcticas de otros pases.

Customer Experience: Proporcionar la mejor experiencia de cliente mediante el diseo, mapeo y mejora continua del rendimiento del customer journey, aprovechando la metodologa PACE. Todo ello con una visin de proceso end-to-end para poder recoger insights de CX y datos, y traducirlos al entorno de UX e IT.

Agile Delivery: Traducir las necesidades de negocio en requisitos para su implementacin. Priorizar iniciativas en ciclos cortos, en base a la entrega de valor para nuestros/as clientes/as, definiendo un MVP inicial que se mejore con el feedback recogido. Buscar la eficiencia, reduciendo la complejidad en nuestras definiciones y persiguiendo soluciones innovadoras. Gestionar dependencias, riesgos no financieros e impedimentos.

Digital Strategy: Como persona experta en experiencia digital, ser proactiva en la identificacin de nuevas capacidades en nuestra plataforma digital para involucrar a nuestros/as clientes/as y aumentar la eficiencia de los canales assisted, aportando la mejor experiencia en los momentos de la verdad. Apoyar la adopcin de prcticas de ciberseguridad para proteger eficazmente a nuestros/as clientes/as de los riesgos del entorno digital.

Assisted channels strategy: tendrs interaccin constante con el call center y las oficinas para formar, ensear, obtener feedback y asegurar que los objetivos se establecen y se alcanzan.
