The role sits at the centre of how ING connects performance, investment choices and business priorities. • Support investment choices and benefits realisation so spend remains connected to outcomes and business value.

  • Improve transparency of support function costs and allocations so stakeholders understand what is driving performance.

  • Shape how Finance partners with Corporate Functions by setting the standard for business insight

What we're looking for

  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, combined with significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Cost Management, or Performance Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management through commercial insight, strategic problem solving and compelling financial storytelling.

  • Experience supporting complex cost bases within Banking, Financial Services, or another regulated industry, with the confidence to influence

  • Sound financial modelling capability

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear, practical and actionable recommendations.
