The Role
The Senior Manager, Finance Fidelity Digital Assets will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets Services regulatory reporting capabilities and will be asked to seek out and drive new projects that add value to the business.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Fidelity Digital Assets is an exciting business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. It is the first step towards a long-term vision to create a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing eligible digital assets.
- Staying up to date in regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement new product design requirements in alignment with regulatory needs.
- Development of data analytics and reporting to support required submission and more advanced analytics.
- Partner across the business to determine programmatic approach to addressing new regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
- 7 plus years of financial planning, accounting or program management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex programs.
- Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with business partners to deliver outcomes.
- Timely and successful delivery of regulatory required submissions
- Ability to lead decision-making, issue resolution, managing risks, and building consensus among the team members and dependent teams.
The Team
This role sits within the Fidelity Digital Assets Brokerage Finance organization, which supports the financial stewardship, scalability, and regulatory soundness of Fidelitys digital asset platform and products.

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
