Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to join the Financial Accounting area, reporting directly to the Local Regulatory Reporting Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to Centrale dei Rischi and Supervisory Disclosures, in line with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodic reports for the Credit Risk Central Database (monthly and intra-monthly), ensuring consistency with accounting and management data.
  • Conduct analyses to interpret trends and variations in reported data.
  • Provide operational support in drafting additional regulatory reports required by supervisory authorities, including statistical disclosures (e.g., Decadale, Base A1, Base A2, Anti-Usury, etc.).
  • Manage the Anagrafe dei Soggetti.
  • Collaborate with key departments (administration, risk, business) to contribute to development and transformation initiatives, particularly in relation to regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Masters degree, preferably in Economics or related fields.
  • At least 45 years of proven experience as a Credit Risk Reporting Specialist; experience in Supervisory Disclosures is also appreciated.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Puma documentation, especially regarding technical forms, input/output fields, and generation routines.
  • Familiarity with Bank of Italy regulations (Circulars 139, 136, 272, 154, 285, 302).
  • Understanding of IAS/IFRS international accounting standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Engineering applications (nice to have).
  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Strong team-working attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, planning ability, and problem-solving skills, even under tight deadlines.

Contract offer:

Working conditions: Permanent employment contract

Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Location: Milan (hybrid)

Annual base salary starting from: 49.000

Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies(with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
