About the job

  • This role offers the opportunity to work directly with key prudential reporting frameworks such as COREP Own Funds, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) and Credit Risk RiskWeighted Assets (RWA)
  • As part of the Credit & Regulatory Reporting team, you will contribute to the production, analysis and delivery of regulatory metrics that support the monitoring of the Groups capital ratios and regulatory disclosures. Whitin this position you will be in contact with BNPP supervisory bodies (ECB, ACPR, FED among others), regulatory reporting transformations, new prudential frameworks, and data quality initiatives

Your Main Activities Are

  • Prepare and deliver regulatory reports for BNPP Group and sub-consolidated scopes, such as COREP Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures and FRTB
  • Contribute to the production of Pillar 3 disclosures, on credit risk and securitization
  • Produce and monitor regulatory metrics related to Credit Risk and Securitization
  • Contribute to the calculation and analysis of Credit Risk RWA and related prudential ratios
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Risk and IT to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy
  • Support the preparation of Senior Management forums dedicated to regulatory report validation
  • Participate in regulatory and reporting transformation projects, including new prudential frameworks and reporting evolutions
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and data quality enhancements
  • Support the delivery of regulatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Risk, Finance, Audit or Assurance
  • Knowledge of prudential regulatory frameworks (Basel / Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR))
  • Understanding of Credit Risk and Securitization concepts
  • Strong Excel skills and able to work with large datasets
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Team player with good communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
