Reporting directly to the Infrastructure Delivery Lead, the Program Manager for VCF (VMWare Cloud Foundations) migration is a critical, hands on multi-skilled senior leadership and transformation role. ING will be delivering the desired business outcomes via several Major Business and Technology Releases during the VCF transformation tenure.

In this role you will be accountable for the assigned Projects/Release delivery execution across both business and technology teams to deliver a defined Scope into production with desired quality by a certain date. This role will manage across the various technology teams and squads that will be assigned for delivery of each Release.

What youll do

  • Drive transparent, data-driven reporting across timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.

  • Engage and align senior leaders through compelling insights and decision-focused communication.

  • Orchestrate end-to-end release plans while seamlessly managing complex dependencies.

  • Anticipate, mitigate, and govern risks while ensuring audit and commercial rigor.

  • Accelerate execution by coordinating resources and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Inspire collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the delivery ecosystem.

What were looking for.

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale programs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • 5+ years managing end-to-end delivery, including planning, dependencies, and risk governance.

  • Solid experience in procurement, vendor engagement, and commercial oversight at scale.

  • Ability to apply the right delivery methodology to achieve successful outcomes in complex environments.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
