Your responsibilities in processing customer requests:

  • You take the necessary actions to complete the tasks successfully: from thorough analysis to collecting approvals, calling the customer to collect additional information, ... all within the agreed SLA
  • You ensure the correct E2E follow-up of the files entrusted to you. 
  • Taking Ownership to provide answers to customers' questions and solutions to their problems (E2E).
  • Always exceeding our customers' expectations -WOW effect.
  • Putting hospitality and the customer first in every journey.   
  • Monitor compliance with legislation and applicable regulations/GDPR.
  • Contact clients directly (phone) to ensure E2E-results for the customer.

  • You are currently student.
  • You are looking for an internship of at least three months as part of your studies and available minimum 2 days/week.
