Create value for customers and colleagues
Our Internationals team in Nordic Customer Care supports business and large corporate & institutional customers with their daily banking and cash management needs. The role will be anchored in our Internationals team in Copenhagen. There will also be the possibility to work from home two days a week.

In the Internationals team, we assist business and large corporate & institutional customers with international needs in their daily banking and cash management operations, including accounts, payments, liquidity management and digital solutions, ensuring they get the best possible banking solution tailored to their specific needs.

To do good in the role, it is crucial that you have the motivation to support both our customers and your colleagues. You are capable of understanding complex tasks and approach your partners with trust and helpfulness. You are adaptable and possess the necessary drive to develop in the job.

The team, which you will be part of, is responsible for supporting our International customers across the Nordics with daily banking operations such as setting up self-service solutions, opening new accounts, coordinating onboarding of new customers alongside advisers, supporting advisers with credit, and contributing to everything a business customer requests.

It is essential that you can communicate both in writing and speaking in English, as well as fluency in at least one Scandinavian language.

Additionally, we would like you to:

  • Thrive in a high-activity environment where tasks can vary
  • Have previous experience in banking or finance
  • Be outgoing, enjoy customer dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Wish to develop competencies within the business segment
