The expected salary for this position: 7 100 - 9 500 z gross
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
We are looking for you if:
- You are open to working under a fixed-term contract,
- You have working experience (min. 1 year) in a Shared Services environment, processing transactions or answering queries,
- You have experience working in a tierd organization,
- You have experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners,
- You have excellent communication skills and readiness to learn and collaborate,
- You have strong people & client orientation,
- You are accurate, structured and strong attention to detail person,
- You have ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,
- You have very good English written and verbal.
English level - C1.
You'll get extra points for:
- You have working experience (min. 1 year) in a Shared Services environment, preferably with HCM data management processes (maintenance of the employees lifecycle),
- You speak German, Dutch or French,
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office,
- Experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow,
- Experience with expertise of quality management and risk,
- Problem solving & decision making skills.
Additional skills
- Expertise in agile, operational management, quality management and risk,

Your responsibilities:
- Take care of administration around ING colleagues that join, leave or change jobs,
- Maintain employee data,
- Create contracts,
- Handling employee inquiries and cooperation with Managers,
- You maintain the knowledge base for employees, managers and other HR,
- You assist to implement policies, procedures or systems.
