Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Within the CFO domain the Associate Finance Business Advice is a key member of the Management Accounting - Finance Business Advice team of ING Italy and he/she:

  • Covers area of Retail Banking
  • Expenses reporting, control and planning
  • Business cases evaluation and monitoring
  • Exposure to non-financial KPIs
  • Exposure to local board and close interaction with Head Office
  • Functional coordination of the Retail Banking expenses team

Educational/Professional background:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Work experience: 7-10 years in similar roles
  • Banking background desired (experience in international banks is an advantage)

Skills required:

  • Advanced usage of MS Office tools (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems an advantage

Our preferred candidate is:

  • Capable of thinking big picture, tell a story taking all aspects - financial, operational, commercial - into account
  • Excellent communicator, able to communicate to all levels of the organization - board level to operational level
  • Well organized and flexible - capable to assign priorities and cope with a changing environment
  • Proactive, self-starter and execution driven
  • Has good interpersonal/team working skills and able to functionally coordinate a team
  • Eager to learn
  • Fluent in English
  • Accurate with numbers

Contract offer:

Working conditions: Permanent employment contract

Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)

Location: Milan

Annual base salary starting from: 48.000

Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
