Full Job Description

Our Customer Development team plays a key role in how we connect with customers across the Retail Bank delivering timely, relevant and personalised communications that add real value. As expectations evolve, were investing in smarter data, deeper insights and richer automation to create more dynamic engagement across mobile, email, SMS and digital channels.

Working in a collaborative Agile environment, we partner with Product, Digital, Marketing, Data and Operations to design experiences that inform, support and empower millions of customers. From ensuring customers stay safe and compliant to driving stronger engagement with our products and propositions, were at the centre of delivering communications that matter.

As we scale, were opening two key roles as Campaign Data Analyst that will help lift both customer and commercial outcomes, with opportunities to influence how we communicate, automate and optimise across journeys.

While both roles contribute to highquality, datadriven communications, each has a distinct focus:

  • Campaign & Regulatory Communications Analyst centred on accuracy, risk management and clarity, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while keeping customers informed and compliant.

What youll do

  • Design, deliver and optimise datadriven communications across mobile, email, SMS and digital channels.
  • Deliver and support BAU customer communications, ensuring critical regulatory and compliance obligations are met on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage and optimise KYC, TDCDD, remediation and other regulatory communication journeys across email, SMS , Direct mail and digital channels.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance and Product teams to ensure customer communications align with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline KYC and regulatory communications, reducing manual effort while improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance communication effectiveness, delivery predictability and control frameworks.

What were looking for

  • Experience in customer communications, campaign delivery, automation or regulatory/KYC environments.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and Unica campaignbuild skills are essential.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, validate accuracy and simplify complexity.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working within structured processes and quality frameworks.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in Agile teams.
  • Curious, proactive problem solver who continuously looks for ways to improve, iterate and deliver value.
  • A genuine interest to work in regulatory, compliance and KYC communications, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimisation and automation.
