**Data Analyst (23583) - Macquarie Group** Macquarie's Data Quality Analyst team drives continuous improvement in data quality across banking products. We're seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to support our mission in a Junior to Mid-level role, within our global financial services group. - Strong hands-on SQL skills are essential, with proven experience in writing and structuring queries to investigate and analyse large datasets
- Experience using Excel to interrogate data and interpret key findings
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data, perform checks, and identify issues
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements
- An understanding of data quality, governance, or regulatory environments, with exposure to financial services considered advantageous
- A relevant qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline, with strong analytical capability.
