Join ING Retail Tech PH as a Backend Engineer where you will be part of a cross-functional team of talented individuals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable applications
- Set up CI/CD pipelines

Key Capabilities/Experience
- Strong backend programming (Java/Spring Boot, Golang, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Troubleshooting using logs and alerts
- Basic Bash scripting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing, enabling efficient and reliable delivery of software.
- Proven experience in building backend systems, including developing RESTful APIs, integrating with databases, and working with messaging services using modern technology stacks.
- Strong software engineering foundations, with proficiency in OOP, functional programming, design patterns, concurrency, and testdriven development (TDD).
- Effective collaborator in Agile environments, with a track record of working across diverse, multicultural teams and adapting to evolving requirements.
