The team youll work with:

HSBC Innovation Bankings Strategic Fund Solutions (SFS) team manages the banks relationships with its Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Capital clients. SFS optimises the client experience through dedicated relationship management and tailored fund finance solutions, including banking, lending, treasury and foreign exchange.

The value youll add:

SFS is looking for a specialist fund finance banker with strong relationship management, credit/lending, and banking experience to join an ambitious and growing team in London.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of PE & VC clients, planning for their current and potential future needs, as well as building and growing new relationships within the market.

You will also be responsible for the leading the structuring and execution of debt (capital call, GP financing, management company and NAV facilities), FX and treasury products, as well as driving product & process improvements to make it straightforward for clients to do business.

Requirements:

You must have an excellent understanding of the fund and management company level needs of Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, and the desire to learn more

You will have good interpersonal and negotiation skills, display initiative and attention to detail, and be highly collaborative and team oriented

A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required, together with proven relevant Fund Finance experience
