We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Associate Director, Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Requirement Engineering ,Real Time Payments & Payment Modernization ISO 20022, SWIFT MX Messaging , Swift GPI Architect and design scalable, distributed systems with high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Mentor and guide team members in technical aspects and career growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
  • Navigate a dynamic ecosystem to deliver change effectively, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and drive.
  • Exhibit tenacity and determination to clarify business requirements and deliver solutions in occasionally challenging circumstances.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in payments domain
  • Real Time Payments & Payment Modernization ISO 20022,
  • SWIFT MX Messaging , Swift GPI
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes platform, GCP and AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Payments domain experience and clearing scheme experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
