Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Team Leader - Insurance Product Expert
In this role you will:
- The role leads and manages IPE team to support Network and Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) to deliver the wealth key performance indicators (KPIs) and plan. The role holder works closely with INAH and branch leaders.
- In delivering the business objectives, the role holder must also maintain the highest standards of risk management, control and compliance required by the Group, closely managing and driving the individual and collective performance of the team.
- Provide insights and advice to optimize the product suite, sales journey, business model to accommodate the personas of onshore & offshore customers
- Develop the people within the team, leading and coaching them to maximize their performance and realize their potential within HSBC
- Foster a customer-centric ethos and use customer insight to continually enhance the customer experience
To be successful you will need:
- Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in Wealth Insurance Sales management
- Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
- Strong coaching skills and strong business acumen
- Solid experience in sales, marketing, and relationship management experience in financial services, with main focus in life insurance sales
- Insurance licenses required
- Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Marketing Professional accreditation or other relevant qualification an advantage
- Good level of verbal English and Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Must be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing sales strategy
