Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a (RM Support Associate)

In this role you will:

Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to optimise client planning, relationship returns, risk assets and management information for assigned relationships.
Raise credit applications on time for submission.
Drive customer satisfaction and minimise complaints by meeting agreed service level agreements.
Partner with internal teams to ensure suitable products/solutions are offered to customers.
Provide cover for colleagues during leave and support peer team members as needed.
Participate in regular and ad hoc departmental calls/meetings.
Respond to customer queries promptly.
Raise credit applications, perform financial spreading, and manage security documentation processes; proactively track and follow up outstanding items.

To be successful you will need:

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and relationship-building capability.
Results-driven, with knowledge of Commercial Banking products.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of general banking products/services and ability to use bank systems (e.g., Customer Relationship Management system).
Understanding of credit assessment, credit/operations approval processes and security documentation preferred but not essential.
Fluent English (spoken and written); Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
