Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a (RM Support Associate)

In this role you will:

Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to optimise client planning, relationship returns, risk assets and management information for assigned relationships.
Ensure credit applications are raised and submitted on time.
Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements and minimising complaints.
Coordinate with internal partners to ensure appropriate products/solutions are offered to customers.
Cover colleagues during leave and support the wider team.
Join regular/ad hoc calls and meetings.
Provide timely responses to customer queries.
Raise and manage credit applications, financial spreading and security documentation; proactively track and chase outstanding items.

To be successful you will need:

Bachelors degree in a relevant area.
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and ability to build relationships.
Results-driven, with knowledge of Commercial Banking products.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of general banking products and services and ability to use bank systems (e.g., Customer Relationship Management System).
Understanding of credit assessment, operations, approval process and security documentation is preferred but not essential.
Fluent English (spoken and written); Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
