- GNB Global Network Banking (Luxembourg and Continental Europe booking needs), including onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
You will focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth through the sale of transactional banking products booked in Luxembourg and Continental Europe, notably Cash Management (GPS) and Securities Services (SSv), as well as identifying opportunities across Global Markets (GM), Credit & Lending, and Asset Management.

- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day relationship coverage for designated clients, ensuring a consistent client experience across GRM, GNB and product partners.
- Support Global Relationship Manager (GRM) on selected strategic relationships by coordinating local execution in Luxembourg/Continental Europe (e.g., product delivery, pipeline tracking, client service issues, and internal stakeholder alignment).
- Cover GNB inbound corporate relationships end-to-end, including client engagement, solutioning, and coordination of onboarding and account maintenance activities.
- Take ownership of onboarding, KYC/CDD, periodic reviews and renewals, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality submissions.
- Support credit-related activities (where applicable) and regularly monitor the portfolio and generate quality assets by utilising appropriate risk management tools, ensuring alignment with HSBCs risk appetite and pricing appropriately for risk.
You should apply if you have:
- Relevant experience in a client-facing relationship management role, ideally with exposure to global coverage models (e.g., GRM/local coverage) and international stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues.
- Ability to interact with Corporate and Institutional customers; product knowledge of credit experience of writing draft credit applications and performing credit analysis is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of onboarding, KYC and CDD processes, with a track record of driving timely completion across multiple stakeholders.

- Strong IT skills to produce quality presentations and other material for client meetings/pitches (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and strong written and spoken communication skills in English - knowledge of French or German is not mandatory but can be an asset.
