We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Manager, Client Connectivity

In this role you will:

Client delivery & project execution

  • Manage a varied portfolio of global integration / implementation projects, driving delivery to successful completion.
  • Drive project timelines and optimal time to revenue, with focus on high revenue and strategic clients.
  • Ensure each client can operate their accounts and services as expected, and that project expectations are met before closure.
  • Use proactive project management approaches to manage multiple competing deadlines in real-time.

Stakeholder management & communication

  • Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout onboarding.
  • Serve as a central liaison between internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions; communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Provide clear updates on status, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

Pre-mandate / consultation support

  • Support pre-mandate and RFI/RFP consultation, bringing project management expertise and knowledge of Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solutions.

Process improvement & client experience

  • Simplify and challenge existing processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client experience and enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS), including providing feedback for service improvements.
  • Streamline documentation processes (including use of tools such as GDOCs) to ensure accurate and timely delivery with minimal friction.

Collaboration & knowledge

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Legal, Operations, IT, Sales, and Product to optimise delivery and internal processes.
  • Maintain awareness of the wider financial and technical environment impacting clients.
  • Stay current on developments in payments products and technology.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong track record in client relationship building and stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of payments types regionally and awareness of the global landscape.
  • Strong payments and liquidity product knowledge.
  • Understanding of industry standard formats (including ISO 20022) plus testing processes and methodologies.
  • Prior project management experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and leadership skills (written and verbal), with the ability to adapt style to audience (clients and internal stakeholders).
  • Ability to excel under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
  • Additional languages are an asset.
