- 6+ years project management experience, with exposure to delivering projects within financial services or similarly regulated environments
- Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using both Agile and traditional project delivery approaches
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and business units
- Proven capability using Jira or similar project management tools for planning, tracking, reporting and issue management
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams, with exposure to cyber security initiatives viewed favourably, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
