International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.   • Job Content
    • The role is in charge of project development and training (PD&T). To facilitate projects, formulate procedures, develop training plans and coordinate the relevant parties. At the same time controlling quality and cost within business plan, and ensuring the operations are following compliancy guidelines. And expected to well manage project status, to be on time, on budget and on quality. Not only perform the project angle but also support the business goal
    • To support on redeployment and motivate staffs to any advanced job position
    • Monitor vendors to ensure the business target and achieve the sales goal
  • Principal Accountabilities
    • Successful implementation and migration relating the banking/credit card services
    • Contribute to effective and efficient project resources dispatch
    • Project coordination and planning. The role is expected to well manage project status, to be on time, on budget and on quality. Not only perform the project angle but also support the business goal
    • Constantly improve on technical knowledge. Ongoing development to the project members, provide onsite feedback, mentoring and coaching
    • Ensure full compliance with HSBC Group policy, GIM/BIM/FIM and local regulators.
    • Awareness of the operational risk associated with the role and the action to be taken to minimize the likelihood of operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.

    • University degree or above
    • Practical, positive experience in engagement and people experience activities
    • Sound leadership skills to ensure project delivery
    • Positive role model and highly self-motivated with great levels of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm
    • Good understanding of Contact Centre structure and business strategy
    • Experience of budget management
    • Experience of stakeholder management
    • Excel and PowerPoint literate to an intermediate level
