Report to : Mortgage Business Services Manager

  • Mortgage loan related process, including Loan Document Review, Loan Drawdown Process, Customer Maintenance Services, Repayment Process, Loan Account Closure, Loan Related Proof Issuance.

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Business relevant field.
  • With years relevant experience in secured or unsecured lending operation process / repayment transaction wide experience related.
  • Familiar with MS-Office, especially for Excel.
  • Solid analytical, process streamlined, and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines, Service Level Agreements.
  • Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.
  • Good communication and provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally in the bank.
  • Need be able to take job rotation within the department.
  • Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude, to get familiar with different system, understanding objectives and to setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.

  • Internal Control License () is required.
