Loan Officer

Your Role
You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of loan transactions, maintaining full compliance with internal procedures and risk controls, while delivering a high level of service to clients and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage loan processing activities, including settlements, repayments, and restructures
- Collect, validate, and maintain all required documentation, ensuring it is complete and duly executed
- Produce reports and perform reconciliations (cash and positions) to support oversight and decision-making
- Analyse and integrate data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Apply operational controls (e.g. checklists, 4-eyes principle) to mitigate risks
- Handle client queries, follow up on missing information, and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to process improvements and support team collaboration and onboarding
Your Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Experience in loan processing, financial services, or data-related roles (preferred)
- Good analytical skills, particularly in data reconciliation and validation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn
