We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

The job holder will have to perform the following duties in WPB STAFF CHANNELS & SELF SERVICE ATMP application:

• Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business users' requirements
• Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests and provide support on system implementation
• Ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices

Requirements

• A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Bachelor Degree or above, with CET-4 or equivalent English level
• 3-5 Years working experience on API or Cloud delivery is required
• 2-3 Years related project management experience is preferred
• Test-driven development and Agile experience will be strong advantage
• Strong problem solving skills and communication skills
• Fast to adapt to English working environment
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Experienced in team motivation and management
