We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Case Manager.

In this role you will

  • New Business Follow-Up Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting, Policy Administration, Compliance) to facilitate timely processing of new business submissions from frontline staff.
  • Product & Underwriting Enquiries Respond to frontline staff queries regarding insurance product features, underwriting guidelines, risk assessment decisions, and policy issuance conditions.
  • Pending Case Management Prepare, update, and circulate regular pending reports to frontline staff, highlighting outstanding requirements, processing delays, and next steps for each submission.
  • Status Tracking Maintain accurate tracking logs for all new business submissions and proactively following up with internal parties until policy issuance or final decision.
  • Issue Escalation Identify recurring bottlenecks or submission errors and escalate to relevant teams or management with recommendations for process improvement.
  • Documentation & Updates Keep frontline staff informed throughout the lifecycle of each case, providing clear written or verbal updates on changes in underwriting status, outstanding conditions, or approval outcomes.

To be successful you will need

  • University degree holder; Higher Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered
  • A minimum of 5 years operations, sales and relationship management experience in financial services, with main focus in life insurance sales area
  • Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Must be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing new sales campaigns
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, good spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
