We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Admin and Operational Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee to ensure production and reporting of accurate financial reports and to provide relevant & timely information to aid business decisions. Particular attention must be paid to quality of the data to ensure accuracy of the information delivered
  • Independently manage Inter-company reporting process of MSS business (including GSC recharges and recoveries) with proper governance and control
  • Provide assistance in the operational activities related to recharge methodology, CAMs and IGSA documents
  • Tracking / Monitoring of queries across regions / countries via existing tools. Assist in completion of planning and forecasting process by liaising with COO teams, wherever required
  • Undertake relevant ledger review to support / resolve business queries and Inter Company gaps. Collaborate effectively HIBS team to ensure billing happens per the recharges information provided.
  • Support ad hoc request from senior business management on MSS and Banking wide Inter Company requests.
  • Independently complete planning / forecasting process as per Group / Central Finance Team timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with LoBs, various functions of MSS business and other parts of CIB for information gathering, query resolution and follow-up as appropriate.

To be successful, you will:

  • Overall experience of 4 - 6+ years in financial services industry in the area of accounting, financial control function, financial planning, analysis and management reporting, workforce planning,
  • Exposure to BI Tools (understanding and hands on working) and Qlik Sense, Python are added advantages
  • Should be proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Exposure and hands on working knowledge using FTP, Fusion and other Ledgers within the bank, using of BI Tools, understanding of business and functional hierarchies
  • Ability to manage medium to small scale restructures and org design models wherever appropriate is an added advantage
  • Proactively and independently identify, analyse, present succinctly issues impacting the business and implement solutions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with senior stakeholders, within both MSS Business and Finance.
  • The profile of management reporting has increased with both executive demands for information and the level of scrutiny, driving the challenge of developing relevant, actionable MI.
