International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Report to: EM/FM: VP Sales Planning and Management

Drive business growth and channel strategy by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and translating business insights into actionable initiatives that improve customer acquisition, productivity, and channel performance.

  1. Develop and execute channel growth strategies to support business expansion and revenue targets.
  2. Conduct customer, workforce, and branch resource analysis to identify growth opportunities and capacity gaps.
  3. Design and maintain business planning models covering headcount, productivity, customer acquisition, and channel performance.
  4. Provide strategic recommendations on branch network optimization, workforce deployment, and sales capacity planning.
  5. Monitor business performance and drive actions to improve customer acquisition, customer coverage, and productivity.
  6. Prepare management presentations and business reviews for senior leadership and executive committees.

  1. Bachelors degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, consulting, analytics, or financial services. Candidates with less experience but strong potential may also be considered.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
  4. Experience in workforce planning, sales management, channel management, or distribution strategy is preferred.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
  7. Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
