Principal Responsibilities
The key tasks will include all or some of the following:
- Monitor Cost for the IWPB business which includes Direct and Indirect Cost.
- Identify areas of opportunity for reduction in cost across Channels and Products
- Track Cost Savings initiatives on fortnightly basis
- Drive Strategic Cost Management Initiatives, reduction in per unit cost
- Track performance and work with Channel / Product owners to oversee the identification of opportunities to reduce costs and invest in areas which will result in increase their sales and profitability through improved targeting and best-in-class service. The role-holder should provide insightful data to enable the delivery of the business objectives in the most effective way.
- Liaise with FIN / Strategy & Planning / Business Teams on ROP / CSP, strategic planning, etc., as guided by the IWPB COO, to draft plans and projections and drive agreement on the same across products and channels
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners - Marketing, Finance, BI, Analytics and Information Management teams, at a country, Regional and Group level
- Tracking of Vendor Management for IWPB across all Products and Channels.
- Network Optimization
- Accountable for any other project which is assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience or CA / MBA with minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong logical, analytical, conceptual, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Should be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, word) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
