Functional reporting to: Senior Vice President, Team Head, Global Corporates

Entity reporting to: Senior Vice President, Team Head, Global Corporates

This role will acquire, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships with allocated clients within global corporates, Banking. The main responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for clients externally and providing customers with a full range of banking services including global payments and solutions, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions including capital markets. Internally, the role holder would work closely with other relationship managers in different countries and product teams to structure customized solutions for client.

1. Client-oriented professional to proactively manage a corporate portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions

2. Enhances corporate relationships and customer service quality

3. Acts as a strategic advisor to portfolio clients, channeling business development activities to ultimately provide the most suitable client solutions, thereby deepening the Banks wallet

4. Leads, influences, and ultimately owns a consistent, cohesive client experience for our clients

5. Support the achievement against targets for revenue generation, return threshold, customer satisfaction and cost containment
6. Close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segments, products and services

7. Safeguards the Group from potential loss and minimizes risk of losses from bad debts

8. Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved

< Qualification Requirement>

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in business related

2. Good communication skill, drive and commitment, customer focus

3. Good in financial analysis and credit risk control sense

4. Resilience with business acumen, familiar with Trade products

5. Confident and outgoing

6. Good adaptability, professional appearance and demeanor

7. Fluent in English especially listening and speaking in business level

8. GPAD covered worker
