Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate

In this role you will:

  • Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
  • Day-to-day execution for IPO, M&A and other capital market transactions
  • Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
  • Perform due diligence and documentation for live transactions
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
  • Work closely with senior bankers to support client coverage and origination
  • Analyze market trends and conduct market research

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
  • 2+ years of hands-on investment banking experience
  • Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, client-centric mindset and analytical/ numerical skills
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
