Business Description:

Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new salary accounts from corporate base and meeting New-To-Bank targets.
  • Cross- selling banking products like Home Loans, Personal Loans, Cards, and Premier services and services to potential customers.
  • Providing clear information about the features and benefits of bank products.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Handling customer-related problems and complaints
  • Being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Always comply to HSBC rules

Requirements:

  • Graduate, Postgraduate (Masters) or MBA qualification.
  • At least 2 years experience in corporate salary sales, frontline customer service, relationship management, or sales (sales experience is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to assess customers financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products to meet those requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and sales capability.
  • Results-driven, while consistently demonstrating customer-centric behaviors in delivery.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
