Customer Proposition and Management is committed to designing differentiating value propositions for strategic customer segments, including mass affluent, mass retail and mainland Chinese with unique anchors on wealth and banking solutions, synergising advanced digital capabilities, and servicing channels to deliver quality client experiences. We continue to develop best-in-class customer life cycle management strategies, ranging from account acquisition, activation, relationship deepening and retention, to accelerate quality customer growth and deepen customer relationships. The team is also dedicated to providing first-class customer experience with a focus on structured customer feedback loop, experience measurements for customer touch points and journeys, key customer journey enhancements as well as efficient complaint resolutions and cultivation of the customer centric culture within the bank.

Should you join our Customer Proposition and Management team, you will gain exposure to driving customer proposition strategies and customer journeys and collaborate closely with product teams, distribution channels and other functions, to offer customer centric solutions for enhanced customer experiences, meeting evolving customer needs in changing market dynamics.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Affluent Propositions, reporting to Senior Manager, Affluent Propositions.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to develop proposition-related projects or partnership initiatives to enhance segment awareness and expand market share for HNW, affluent, Emerging Affluent and other strategic segments
  • Collaborate with different business units to implement proposition initiatives, to ensure the proposition is properly delivered to customers with most optimal approach
  • Assist to roll out acquisition, portfolio and engagement activities to grow the customer base and deepen product penetration to meet the KPIs
  • Assist to review customer on-boarding and anti-attrition journeys in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive effective engagement and stickiness
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain abreast market information for on-going refinement of designated segment propositions
  • Stay on top of compliance requirements in particular sales and marketing-related, competition law and fair value principles to take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies
  • Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective manager

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
  • Proven expereince in banking or financial services
  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentation and possessing excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Positive, flexible and self-motivated individual with good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
