- Prior experience in a strategy or operations role, within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working with financial and operational data to track performance, identify trends, and draw commercial insights; proficiency in Excel is essential and ThoughtSpot is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives for a range of stakeholders
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and maintain momentum across a diverse workload
- High attention to detail and sound commercial acumen, with a genuine curiosity about business performance and what drives it
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong bias to action and a strategic mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity and change with confidence
- Being CA/CPA qualified is not essential, but will be advantageous.
