**Asset, Liability & Capital Management (ALCM) Data Science & Analytics Manager** - **Responsibilities:** Monitor liquidity, produce timely ALCM returns, manage fund transfer policy, prepare capital plans, comply with BB guidelines, ensure ALCO meeting effectiveness, and provide risk management support. Proactively communicate updates and prepare ad-hoc analyses using Python, SQL, VBA, and other relevant tools. Lead ALM audit, support streamlining initiatives, and enhance analytical capabilities in Qliksense & Kali. - **Required Skills & Experience:** Finance/Accounting degree with professional certification. Expertise in data mining, re-engineering, and automation using fintech tools (Power Query, Phyton, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Excel). Full Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Monitoring Banks liquidity and funding ratio and prevent limit breach in this regard.
  • Ensuring proper submission of all ALCM returns in timely and accurate manner.
  • Preparing and reviewing Banks fund transfer policy properly reflecting market changes.
  • Prepare capital plan and related scenario analysis with consideration of local CAR and SBL maintenance.
  • Complying with BBs Asset Liability Management guideline and adopting new changes.
  • Managing ALM audit/inspection with minimum audit comment and no repetitive comments.
  • Keeping the senior management posted on new developments, changes, or potential breach risk.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis regarding LCR projection, deposit concentration, funding requirement to take management decision.
  • Ensuring ALCO meeting takes place properly with quality pack and papers.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ALCM FIM in a timely manner.
  • Provide pro-active support in the management of liquidity, funding, IRRBB and Capital risks
  • Assist in implementing Streamlining/ Transformation initiatives.
  • Support in implementing group & local streamlining initiatives.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Finance/Accounting Graduation from recognized university. Having Professional Degree will give added advantage.
  • Data Mining and Data Structure Re-engineering knowledge is required.
  • Formal Certification on Fin-Tech tool, Low Code or Hard Code experience is required.
  • Willingness to learn Fintech Tools and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience in automation/ streamlining With Fintech (Power Query, Phyton, SQL, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau & MS Excel) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in related field would be added advantage.
  • Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good writing, analytical and communication skill
  • Sound commitment to continuous improvement, self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage stakeholders under guided supervision and independently at times
