We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Co-ordinate origination and execution of in-country activities across the spectrum of banking products/service.
  • Build the Banking franchise value/reputation in the market place.
  • Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment.
  • Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities ensuring the required credit quality & requisite returns on risk.
  • By critically assessing the exposures of each customer through vigorous review processes, active communications with CST members and frequent update of market intelligence. Such reviews are to be completed on time as required by the account review cycle and also where deemed necessary.
  • Assist bankers in managing the existing portfolio, acquiring new business and maintenance of relevant client management systems. To assist the preparation and follow up on all documentation relating to credit facilities
  • To support bankers in delivering high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish good relationship with existing customers
  • Effectively liaise with Operation Dept. to follow up on customer's daily transactions, ensure the transaction can be completed in timely & accurately manner
  • To assist in management reporting and updating information in both regular& ad hoc basis.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to provide marketing support to bankers
  • Ability to establish rapport with members of client's management team
  • Ability to provide good analytical support to bankers
  • Strong PC skills (excel, powerpoint etc)
  • Good team player
  • Knowledge of HSBC Group structures and products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the spectrum of banking products and services
  • Understanding of risk management and credit mitigants
  • Good level of financial analysis ability
