We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Account Processor.
Principal responsibilities
- Providing services for customer due diligence, including customer document review and verification, and data Analysis.
- Through Internal/External Communications to collect data and identify risk level.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements.
- Work is organized and processed / completed within agreed timescales. Ongoing monitoring and review of workflow and priorities are in accordance with procedures.
Requirements
- College degree or above
- Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/English fluently, and have good conversational / telephone skills;
- Ability to operate system and know about MS Office,e.g. Excel
- Experience in customer request/queries is preferred.
- Be able to adapt to working location in Foshan and Guangzhou.
