The opportunity: Account Manager UK Permanent contract

What you will do:

Reporting to the Head of Front Office and Supervisory, you will act as the primary point of contact for ultra and high net worth individual clients. You will provide day-to-day support and execute client requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, in line with regulatory requirements and bank policy.

In this role, you will (but not limited to):

  • Maintain excellent commercial relationships with private clients.
  • Understand the banks strategy, contributing to its development by collaborating with colleagues in Luxembourg and abroad, and bringing hands-on operational experience.
  • Ensure excellent delivery for account opening and periodic account reviews.
  • Capture and process client trade orders in the bank's private banking system, and proactively follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor client activities, including time maturities, transfers, deposits, loans, etc.
  • Complete client telephonic and visit reports accurately.

You should apply if you have:

  • Relevant experience in the private banking industry.
  • A good understanding of private banking products and services.
  • A strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven administrative rigour, with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A good level of English; other languages are an advantage.
