Full Job Description

The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells is seeking a talented junior associate with one to three years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized Corporate & Finance team. The successful candidate will have strong foundational training and experience supporting sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work, and will be eager to continue developing within a high-caliber corporate practice.

Our team advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, government services, life sciences, energy, and financial services, providing meaningful exposure to complex and high-profile matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, team-oriented environment. A genuine enthusiasm for learning, professional growth, and delivering exceptional client service is essential.

This position offers significant opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, take increasing responsibility on matters, and develop as part of a collegial and supportive setting.

The expected base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $260,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidates qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
