• Developing, training, and tune machine learning models;
• Working with data engineers to build robust data pipelines;
• Deploying models into production environments or prototypes;
• Ensuring models are reproducible and well-documented;
• Selecting appropriate algorithms for specific business challenges;
• Performing cross-validation and back-testing of models;
• Adhering to ethical AI guidelines and data governance policies;
• Explaining model results to business users;
• Mentoring junior scientists on advanced techniques;
• Supporting the team in achieving its goals.

• Experience with Phyton;
• Knowledge of various machine learning methods (e.g. trees, ensembles, neural networks, clustering, Splunk);
• Good knowledge of Data analysis;
• Understand SQL for data analysis and database optimalization;
• Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) will be considered as advantage;
• High analytical thinking with attention to details and problem-solving attitude;
• Customer orientation and proactive and ownership attitude to deliver results on time and with highest quality;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
• Good team player with high ability to work in international teams;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
• German language knowledge - both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
