• Designing and deploying scalable and efficient cloud applications.
• Writing and running unit and integration tests.

• Strong expertise in designing and operating cloud-based architectures on OpenShift, Azure, and GCP, including CSP-independent solutions.
• Extensive experience engineering, deploying, and optimizing Kubernetes clusters, with proficiency in operators, CRDs, and advanced Kubernetes resources.
• High proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Kustomize, Terraform, and Ansible, plus solid networking skills for both cloud and onpremise environments.
• Deep knowledge of security and compliance in the cloud, including IAM, secrets management, TLS/certificates, OAuth2, and cryptographic best practices.
• Strong Python skills and good experience with messaging-oriented middleware (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud-hosted database technologies.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps practices using tools such as TeamCity, Tekton, and ArgoCD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, actively contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to apply a risk-based approach to problem solving.
• High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
