• Ensuring smooth and robust run of several IT products - Windows Server + MS SQL environment;
• Providing solution for any problems and incidents which the IT products might have;
• Being responsible for analysis of the problems based on the IT product logs;
• Being involved in communication and collaboration with developers of the IT products;
• Prompt solving of the requests sent by customers;
• Liaising and coordinating with software vendor and software releases and updates;
• Documenting support procedures and operations on supported applications;
• Managing application releases;
• Ensuring maximum uptime of supported applications;
• Providing support services to meet standard SLAs;
• Maintaining and periodicly updating of technical users password vault.

• High knowledge of Windows Server operating system;
• Previous experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases;
• Good knowledge of job scheduling tools (Automic UC4 + Windows Scheduler);
• Good knowledge of DOS, PowerShell and Java scripting;
• Knowledge of IIS and web services;
• Hardware knowledge printers, scanners, drivers;
• Experience with network security, active directories;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant;
