HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the General Foreman Maintenance, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your main duties will be:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on light equipment used in mining operations and by the surface mobile equipment department (Toyota and GMC light trucks, etc.).
  • Performing troubleshooting, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Analyzing breakdowns, inspecting parts, and performing various tasks related to a mechanical workshop.
  • Using maintenance and parts management software as part of daily activities.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Holder of a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in construction equipment mechanics, heavy equipment mechanics, or automotive mechanics, combined with five (5) years of experience with Chevrolet or Toyota products.
  • Experience with Toyota and GM mining products, as well as in automotive electronics and electrical systems, is a significant asset.
  • Experience in the mining industry and at automotive dealerships will be considered an asset.
  • Valid drivers license and explosives permit.
  • Working knowledge of English is an asset.
