In this role you will:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Maintain job plans, task lists, work packages and maintenance strategies in the CMMS
- Manage work backlogs for accuracy, while considering requirements related to parts, labour, permits, drawings, facilities, support equipment, special equipment, tooling, and instructions
- Maintain an accurate forecast that adheres to established maintenance strategies
- Assist with monthly cost forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost analysis
- Work regularly with maintainers to build or improve detailed work packages
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators, bringing forward continuous improvement opportunities
- Commission and decommission equipment and manage their maintenance programs
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience working in maintenance
- Strong digital literacy and experience with CMMS and the Microsoft Office
- 5-7 years post-graduation experience 3 of which should have been spent in facility maintenance planning, or scheduling or supervision in a heavy-duty industrial environment, Mining or Process Plant
- CMRP or MMP certification will be an added advantage
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent
