We are seeking graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Graduate Program commencing February 2027. About the Role

As a Graduate Environment and Community Professional, you will be offered a permanent position within our environmental teams, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of environmental and community activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Noise and vibration control
Surface and groundwater management
Air quality monitoring and control
Waste management
Rehabilitation of disturbed land and biodiversity management
Collating and analysing environmental monitoring data to quantify performance
Completing technical reports and supporting environmental strategies
Participating in project management and site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

Youll work closely with experienced environmental professionals who will support your learning and development while helping optimise environmental performance and achieve organisational goals.

All of our graduates have the opportunity to work with leaders in their field across the following residential locations:

Hunter Valley, NSW
Mudgee, NSW
Greater Mackay region, QLD
Greater Emerald region, QLD

Graduate Development

Our Graduate Program is underpinned by a structured professional development framework designed to accelerate your technical capability and leadership potential.
Through the program, you will:

Gain exposure to environmental management, monitoring, and community engagement functions
Participate in site rotations, providing experience across multiple operations
Build a strong understanding of our business, the mining industry, and environmental decision-making
Access our formal Professional Development Program, focused on long-term career progression

About You

You will be:

Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental), Bachelor of Science (Environmental Management, Ecology), or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
