What role will you play?

As an analyst with Commodities and Global Markets, youll have the opportunity to develop your skills and build your career as you learn from in-house experts ranging from geologists to meteorologists, petroleum and mining engineers to data scientists, quant strategists to traders and advisers. Through a direct placement with Commodities Structuring team, you will work with the trading and sales teams to price, structure and manage commodities transactions.

What does our program offer? 

As a graduate with Commodities and Global Markets, you will:  
  • Take part in an orientation to learn about Macquarie business groups, with your fellow analysts in New York and expand your professional network.  
  • Receive formal training, including financial modelling and presentation skills, but at its core the program provides practical on-the-job learning to further your career.  
  • If you have ideas that have merit, well give you the opportunity to develop and test them to create new possibilities.  
  • Build strong connections and work collaboratively while also partnering directly with our business leaders on meaningful and challenging work.  
  • Receive support from your manager and an aligned mentor as you gain genuine insight into our industry.
